Terms of Service

By enrolling in regular classes, you agree to these Terms, including any future amendments. (collectively, the Agreement):

1. Scheduled Classes:

Your classes will be held on the scheduled day and time you have chosen.

2. Absence Policy:

If you are unable to attend a class, you must inform the admin or teacher at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Missed classes without prior notice will not be eligible for a make-up session.

3. Teacher Availability:

If your teacher is unavailable for a class, we will try to provide a substitute teacher at your regular class time. Alternatively, we can reschedule the class with the same teacher at a mutually agreed-upon time.

4. Reporting Issues:

If you experience frequent teacher tardiness or missed classes, please contact us through Skype, phone, or email as soon as possible.

5. Planned Absences:

If you plan to be absent for a week or more, please notify your tutor or admin beforehand. We can reschedule classes before or after your vacation. Missed classes due to lack of prior notice will not be eligible for make-up sessions.

6. Teacher Assignment:

The academy reserves the right to change your assigned teacher if necessary. You may request a teacher change, subject to another teacher's availability in your desired schedule.

7. Schedule Adjustments:

You may request class schedule change, if the present schedule is not working with you. The change will be granted immediately if your desired time slot with the same teacher is available. Otherwise, you may need to wait until adjustments can be made.

8. Schedule in Ramadan:

If your class falls during Ramadan prayers or during Suhoor, Iftar or Taraweeh, your class time will be adjusted by mutual consent.

9. Teacher Resignation/Termination:

If your teacher resigns or is terminated, you will be assigned a new teacher. Students are advised not to maintain contact with any individual teacher post-termination, as EQuran School will not be liable for any future damages or losses arising from such contact.

10. Modification of Terms:

Quranclassjoin reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and policies at its sole discretion. By continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by any such modifications or revisions. Please review the most up-to-date version periodically.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

We may collect personal information when users register on the site, place an order or fill out a form. Any information received will be used to fulfil the necessaray requirements of our Online Services. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Fee Policy

Rescheduling Classes:

🔹 We offer some flexibility in rare situations, such as illness or unexpected emergencies. If you inform us or the tutor in advance at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time, the tutor will do their best to arrange a make-up session at a convenient time.

🔹 To maintain a consistent schedule, we limit such rescheduling to once or twice per month.

🔹 Classes must be rescheduled within the same month. They cannot be carried over to the next month.

🔹 This helps ensure the value of the teacher’s dedicated time, and also encourages students to stay regular and avoid irregular attendance.

Our teachers commit to each student’s scheduled time. Even if a student doesn’t attend, the teacher remains available for the full session. This is why consistent attendance of the students is essential to maintain time value.

Crediting Missed Sessions:

If a month's sessions are not completed due to unforeseen circumstances and rescheduling is not possible, the sessions will be credited to the next month's tuition fee only.

Holding Classes and Transferring Fees:

If you have paid one month's fee in advance and you have given prior notice to hold that month and resume classes in the next month, the paid fee will be carried over to the next month only.

Teacher and Time Slot Reservation:

If you want the same teacher and time slot upon returning from a break for a month or longer, a 50% deposit of the tuition fee for that period is required in advance to reserve the spot.

Late Payment:

Classes may be suspended if fees are not paid within the due dates.

Family Package:

If a student has taken advantage of a family package, in case of dropout of any family members the fee of the remaining students will be updated according to the rules.

Annual Fee Increase:

A 5% fee increase may occur annually.

Cancellation policy:

To stop classes, please provide a 1-month notice before the leaving date and state the reason.

Eid Holidays:

Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are considered paid leave for tutors. No discount, refund, or make-up classes are offered for these holidays.

Aim of Fee Policy:

Quranclassjoin does not accept any donations. It runs on a small fee we receive from the students. We deeply care about every student’s progress and ease. In order to provide a high quality environment and an appropriate program for students, we must remain financially viable, while ensuring fee levels are at an affordable level for families.
