Terms of Service
By enrolling in regular classes, you agree to these Terms, including any future amendments. (collectively, the Agreement):
1. Scheduled Classes:
Your classes will be held on the scheduled day and time you have chosen.
2. Absence Policy:
If you are unable to attend a class, you must inform the admin or teacher at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Missed classes without prior notice will not be eligible for a make-up session.
3. Teacher Availability:
If your teacher is unavailable for a class, we will try to provide a substitute teacher at your regular class time. Alternatively, we can reschedule the class with the same teacher at a mutually agreed-upon time.
4. Reporting Issues:
If you experience frequent teacher tardiness or missed classes, please contact us through Skype, phone, or email as soon as possible.
5. Planned Absences:
If you plan to be absent for a week or more, please notify your tutor or admin beforehand. We can reschedule classes before or after your vacation. Missed classes due to lack of prior notice will not be eligible for make-up sessions.
6. Teacher Assignment:
The academy reserves the right to change your assigned teacher if necessary. You may request a teacher change, subject to another teacher's availability in your desired schedule.
7. Schedule Adjustments:
You may request class schedule change, if the present schedule is not working with you. The change will be granted immediately if your desired time slot with the same teacher is available. Otherwise, you may need to wait until adjustments can be made.
8. Schedule in Ramadan:
If your class falls during Ramadan prayers or during Suhoor, Iftar or Taraweeh, your class time will be adjusted by mutual consent.
9. Teacher Resignation/Termination:
If your teacher resigns or is terminated, you will be assigned a new teacher. Students are advised not to maintain contact with any individual teacher post-termination, as EQuran School will not be liable for any future damages or losses arising from such contact.
10. Modification of Terms:
Quranclassjoin reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and policies at its sole discretion. By continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by any such modifications or revisions. Please review the most up-to-date version periodically.

Refund Policy
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Alhamdulillah! Quran Class Institute is a dedicated Islamic platform that delivers the teachings of the Holy Quran with trust, care, and excellence to students of all ages across the globe. To ensure transparency, ease, and satisfaction for students and their families, we have outlined the following Refund Policy.
1. Full Refund Before Classes Begin
If you have paid the full monthly fee after completing your free trial but decide not to proceed before regular classes begin, your entire fee will be refunded.
Similarly, ifโfor any technical or scheduling reasonโwe are unable to start your regular classes on time, and you have already paid, a full refund will be issued for that month.
2. No Refund After Attending a Regular Class
Once your classes have been scheduled and you have attended at least one regular class, you will not be eligible for a refund, even if you choose not to continue for the rest of the month.
3. Class Discontinuation Notice
If you wish to permanently discontinue your classes, you must provide a written notice at least one month in advance.
If no such notice is given and classes are suddenly stopped, the fee for the upcoming month will still be charged, and no refund will be applicable.
4. Class Hold and Resumption
If you need to temporarily pause your classes due to personal reasons, your paid fee can be transferred to the next month.
However, if you decide to discontinue after holding the classes, the paid fee will not be refunded.
5. Fee Transfer Before New Month Starts
If you inform us before the start of the new month that you wish to resume classes in the following month, your fee will be carried forward for one month only. After that, the fee will no longer be transferable or refundable.
6. Refund Deductions (Chargeback Fees)
When processing refunds, our payment processor may deduct transaction or chargeback fees.
Refunds will be issued after deducting any such applicable fees.
7. Limitations on Refunds
If the chargeback or processing fees exceed the collected amount, no refund will be possible.
